"KONA COFFEE MUSIC" is a relaxing journey through the world of Kona coffee. Released especially for the Kona Coffee Festival of 2007, it takes the listener through the seasons of Kona coffee, from the sunrise, to the flowering of the coffee trees (called "Kona Snow"), to the growing of the succulent coffee cherry, to the enchanting Kona Sunset Meditation. It ends with "The Final Cup" of Kona coffee of the day.

"This CD had been on my mind for several years, before it finally came together just prior to the Kona Coffee Festival of 2007. I wanted to record slack key melodies that would bring the listener here to the beautiful Kona coffee country. I wanted them to be able to put on any track, then sit back, relax, and enjoy drinking their Kona coffee!

"It was inspired by and is dedicated to all the coffee farmers, pickers, processors, and others working in Kona, those who have come from other lands to work in Kona coffee, and to all those Kona coffee 'kupuna' (elders) who have helped to make Kona coffee what it is today...the best in the world!"
